 Attitude is formed in early 2006. All four members are from canton Bern, Switzerland. The band comprises of Jay Messerli (vocals), Lukk Kipfer (guitar), Nikki May (Bass), Dok Grossenbacher (drums). The style of music they play is something between modern heavy-rock and little progressive elements. Every single musician of them has his own influences. Altogether is it a mix of bands and artists like Toto, Alter Bridge, Foo Fighters, Nickelback, Bon Jovi, Bryan Adams, Sting, Jeff Scott Soto and a good deal more.
During 3 years Lukk, Jay and Dok had been playing together in a few bands. They had gone through several bassists and in summer 2006 they found their man. Nikki is 2 years younger but a big bass machine. He matched perfect in our band with his various bass-play.
After long practice parts they have played they first local Gigs. In January 2007, Attitude had a great chance to play in the legendary Mühle Hunziken at Rubigen. After a few gigs, Attitude has developed to a great live band with a lot of energy and passion and a powerful fan base. In June 2007 they went to a Studio and recorded their first demo CD which includes the tracks Bitch, Fallin’ and Your Love. Three several songs, how mirror exactly the virtuosity and energy of Attitude.
The ambition of Attitude is and have always been to get their music out there, play as many gigs as possible and have a good time while doing what they love most. MUSIC |
