 Natural from Sao Paulo, Norba Zamboni has passed through several paths on his career. He began as a professional on latest 70's, playing in balls bands. He used to play covers of artists such as Cream, Mountain, Led Zeppelin, Jeff Beck and Jimi Hendrix among others. On the 80's he started working for popular singers like Vanusa, Eduardo and Sylvinha Araujo. In 1985 Norba Zamboni moved to France, where he lived for two years, working in local pubs not only in Paris but also Bretagne. Back to Brazil in 1987 continued working as sideman for famous coutry singers and success duos (latin singer Perla, Crhitian & Ralf, Gian e Giovanni etc..). On this phase of his career he has deepen his experience playing in studio records and shows for enormous audiences. By the end of 1990, Zamboni opened his show "Sujo, Sujo, sujo!"("filthy! filthy! filthy!") dedicated to the instrumental blues rock in which he over used the stack amplifiers. While working on this project he also recorded the debut's CD of the Blues on the Rocks Band. In 2008, Norba Zamboni launched his latest CD, "Walking and Sliding" where he shows the mastery on slide technique. The nine tracks, all by himself, brings a hot and strong blues rock with involving grooves…and killers riffs and a personal guitar sound .The CD has also the participation of Andria Busic (Dr. Sin) on the bass, in Highway Six Strings, Manny Monteiro (vocals and drums), Bira Rosa (bass) and André Youssef (Hammond organ).
